Yoga for Every Body

This class is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike! During this hour, we focus heavily on alignment and proper engagement. This class is a perfect stepping stone to more intense practices such as Buti and Vinyasa, but it also serves as a good way to slow down for more seasoned practitioners. During this particular hour, our class is made very accessible for prenatal students.


 

Vin & Yin yoga

This breath-to-movement flow class allows instructor creativity to shine by showing a wide variety of asana (pose) combinations that stretch and strengthen while providing an outlet for mental clarity and self-discipline.



 

 

Hot Buti yoga

Set in a heated room, this class will have you releasing all the physical and emotional weight on your shoulders. The class is set to dope playlists with sick beats and tunes that make you FEEL. Both your body and soul will love the carefully curated songs that will help create some vibrational shift in the body. The movements of the class blend many types of movement modalities. You'll find yourself flowing through dynamic yoga asanas (poses), slaying your way through low-intensity interval bursts (it's hot, loves, ain't nobody tryna pass out, mkay?!), smiling your way through dance and free movement segments (no dance background required, y'all!) and doing lots of SHAKING to release muscles and remind you that you're a badass with a good ass! And you KNOW we gon' get that pranayama (breathwork) and meditation (tame that monkey mind time) in while we're at it. Oh, and don't forget the alignment your chakras will experience! Come try out this class and dive into a community of beautiful humans while you're at it!

 

 

Buti Blend: Hot Core & DEEP

During this 60-minute class, we will explore the depths of the core. The class is broken up into two of four possible sections: Option one is a mat-free, interval workout done in socks that lights the core up and leaves you feeling stronger than ever! You'd be amazed at how many ways you can work that core in just an old pair of socks! (the thicker the sock, the comfier on those sweet baby toes! Option two uses the power of your freshly lit core to work the inner and outer unit core through pulses and circular body isolations then use deep stretching and shaking to release bound angry muscles. Option three uses resistance bands to isolate muscles, therefore, resulting in a more toned, stronger physique. Option four is the Buti Yoga you already know and love that fuses primal movements, tribal dance, power yoga, and HIIT. The possibilities for format combos are plenty. Heated Yoga

This class is heated to 90 degrees and is a great way to detox! It allows you to get deeper into your poses as your instructor safely guides you through a yummy vinyasa flow. (formally known as our Hot Vinyasa class. Same great format. Dope new name.)

 

Barre + Pilates Fusion

Barre combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet into one amazing and effective workout! Barre focuses on high repetitions of small range of movements. With Barre you will gain strong, lean muscles, strengthen and tone your entire body, gain flexibility and improve the mind body connection.
This class is more heavily focused on combining barre and Pilates principles.
