Our 200-hour program is our yoga school registered through Yoga Alliances. The standards Yoga Alliance holds us to ensure that you’ll leave the program with all information you need to either start your yoga teaching journey or simply deepen your personal practice.

This program is a true soul journey. You will leave with knowledge of MANY asanas(poses), anatomy, philosophy, class sequencing, pranayama(breath techniques), meditation and so much more. The people you meet will become family, and we promise you, it’ll be really hard to leave after the 10 months with your fellow yogis. But fear not!
